VAVE has an opportunity for a senior graphic designer — UI/UX/SX to join its practice in Frankfurt.
We are looking for an experienced senior designer in the fields of architecture, interior design, exhibitions, trade fairs, events, showrooms, exhibits and media installations!

Your tasks:
- conception, design and development of novel interactive user and visitor experiences for demanding projects in the fields of architecture, interior design, exhibitions, trade fairs, events, showrooms, interactive exhibits, digital applications and media installations
- graphic design in all dimensions: 2D, 3D, 4D and interactive
- translation of an idea into a visually convincing language
- development of user stories, UX scenarios, use cases, information architecture, task/user flows, wireframes, graphical user interface (GUI), styleframes, animatics
- design of digital surfaces, textures and animatics for further use in 3D environments and as a template for programming and/or film/media production
- interdisciplinary cooperation with the project team and customers
- planning, effort estimation and control within the project team
- programming, 3D design, media production within an internal interdisciplinary project team and external partners
Your competencies
- university degree in communication design, interaction design or media design with focus on digital media/interface design or comparable education
- at least three years of professional experience in graphic/interaction design, communication in space, media scenography, interactive exhibits, film
- distinct feel for graphic design in every dimension: 2D, 3D, 4D and interactive
- outstanding conceptual and design skills
- affinity to digital media, innovative techniques and basic understanding of development environments and media hardware
- excellent feeling for dynamics, rhythm, picture and room design
- knowledge of programs such as Adobe CS, After Effects and Cinema 4D (optional), as well as experience with common design and prototyping tools
- good self-organisation, especially in case of complex requirements
- very good communication, documentation and presentation skills in German and English (Arabic language is advantageous)
