The Natural Pool Co is looking for a project manager to join its team in Bristol, UK.

The position is a full-time role and will be split between on-site and office-based work. We are a fast growing company that is keen to expand efficiently and smoothly, in doing so there is the need to implement processes to aid in the organisation of people, materials and multiple sites. It will be your responsibility to implement these processes with the help and advice of the CEO and to make sure these processes are upheld and maintained on a working level.
You will:
- have a solid background in the construction industry with an emphasis on plumbing; swimming pool construction is an obvious advantage but not necessary
- have project management experience
- be a naturally organised individual
- be highly self-motivated and have a keen eye for detail
- be able to read and interpret construction drawings, to execute setting out of equipment accurately to meet programmes
- demonstrate the ability to use initiative to solve problems on site
- be an effective and efficient communicator
- have a clean UK driving license and be professional in appearance at all times
We offer a basic salary plus performance and profit-related bonuses.
