Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect

Fieldwork Architects is seeking an experienced Part 2 or Part 3 architect/architectural assistant to join its team in London.
A minimum of one year experience working in practice post-Part 2 is essential, with a good understanding of Revit and technical knowledge.
We are looking for someone with passion and creativity who will become a valued member of the studio. You will have the opportunity to be part of an open and collaborative design environment, working on a number of projects across all RIBA stages, from concept to delivery onsite.
The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of the studio: running project tasks, concept design proposals, client engagement, planning submissions, technical coordination and site visits.
Essential skills:
- minimum post part 2 of one year experience in a UK architectural office
- excellent technical detailing knowledge and understanding of UK building regulations
- strong design and problem-solving skills with an excellent eye for detail
- good organisation and presentation skills
- clear communication for client engagement
- working knowledge and experience of Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite
All candidates should be eligible to work in the UK and be London based.
