ATA Architects is hiring a project BIM leader to join its team in Lisbon, Portugal.

Key responsibilities:

• managing and leading the architecture team, ensuring that team members have the necessary skills and resources to complete their work
• collaborating with stakeholders, including business leaders, project managers and other technical teams, to understand their requirements and ensure that the architecture meets their needs
• ensuring that the architecture is of high quality and meets the necessary performance, scalability and reliability requirements
• promoting best practices and standards for software development and infrastructure management within the architecture team and across the organisation
• providing technical guidance to team members and other stakeholders, including mentoring and coaching
• staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development and infrastructure management, and incorporating them into the architecture where appropriate

Requirements:

• excellent knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks and Autodesk construction cloud
• from eight to ten years’ experience, degree in architecture, proficient in BIM – REVIT and BIM 360
• Lisbon-based is preferred
• English proficiency is a must
