Orsinibrewin has an opportunity for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its practice in London.
Orsinibrewin is looking for a passionate and proactive Part 2 architectural assistant to join our team. We are a small, London-based architectural and development studio with a focus on collaborating with clients in London’s creative sectors, and in particular with arts groups and charities.
Among the current projects underway are new accommodation facilities for a homeless charity in Newham, new creative/artist studio buildings in Ealing and a 40,000ft2 fit out of commercial spaces in a landmark development in North Acton. We are involved across all RIBA stages of work as architects and project managers.
The successful applicant will have an architectural degree, be Part 2 qualified or equivalent with relevant architectural experience and possess excellent drafting skills. Medium-scale project experience and knowledge of the relevant building codes, practices and regulations are desirable. Revit experience is essential.
Responsibilities will include supporting the design team through the production of sections, layouts, elevations, working drawings, construction drawings and detailing. Tasks will also include 3D and 2D drawing, preparing schedules, specifications, helping teams prepare for presentations and site visits.

- previous practice experience is advantageous
Salary: competitive/dependent on experience.
