We will support you with getting to know your new remits:
- the supervision of market and user analysis, brand audit, and benchmark surveys
- the presentation of design thinking workshops; conducted without any preconceived view
- the development of customer experience strategies as well as destination development concepts
- the creation of brand and touchpoint strategies
- assuming responsibility for projects and clients
- customer guidance and customer contact
- ensuring a smooth development of strategy related matters in interdisciplinary projects
Your profile: talk the talk – walk the walk: You are strong in organising tasks, leading teams, and presenting your ideas to clients. The future is yours: you are inventive. You are a natural in producing texts that are shaped by conceptual understanding. Crew love: your openness and empathy as well as your assertiveness drive the way you treat your team. Never lost in translation: business fluent in German, fluent in English. Further language skills are a plus!
