A super-efficient administrator/studio administrator, who understands the inner workings of the interior design industry, is needed to join Fameed Khalique, global provider of luxury materials. Working from a beautiful showroom on the King’s Road, expect to play a key admin/supporting role ensuring the delivery of exciting design projects for yachts, five star hotels and world-class residential properties.

Please note this role is an administrative role and therefore not suitable for an interior designer or for candidates looking to become interior designers.

Sourcing and providing some of the world’s most exquisite materials to architects and designers, this award-winning showroom has a celebrated collection of innovative materials that continually wow clients on luxury commercial, residential, hospitality and marine projects.

Working at the forefront of the business, the administrator/studio administrator will provide exceptional levels of service to both the sales team and clients. Whether you supporting the sales team, becoming their go-to-person for product information; tracking global supplier orders and deliveries; responding to enquiries; liaising with the best design firms in the world; owning the sample library; welcoming clients to a luxury brand showroom or ensuring the showroom looks its very best, you will play a vital role in the delivery of outstanding design projects that continually exceed client expectations.

To qualify… You should be an administrator/studio administrator/senior showroom administrator/senior administrator/studio manager/studio administrator/office manager/showroom assistant/office administrator/project support assistant or similar with a CV that demonstrates:

  • experience in an administration/supporting role within a showroom or similar environment
  • an understanding in how the interior design industry works
  • you are renowned and admired for your multi-tasking and organisational skills
  • exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
  • you are flexible, value variety and enjoy life in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
  • you are unflappable, level-headed and calm under pressure. You’re a strong communicator and a real people-person and team player
  • excellent attention to detail
  • you are proficient in Microsoft Office and have some experience of using CRM software
  • any experience of creating content for social media would be a great advantage
