Benoy is hiring an architect to join its team in London.
Are you a dynamic architect with an innovative portfolio to match? Are you seeking to gain experience across a range of global projects?
We are looking for a creative, collaborative team player to join our architecture team on a six-month fixed-term contract. You will work on a variety of design projects across multiple countries and sectors, including mixed-use, residential, hospitality and workplace.
As an architect, you are responsible for international mid-scale or aspects of large-scale architectural projects in the commercial mixed-use sector through all aspects of design and development.
What we’re looking for:
- three-plus years post-Part 2 experience
- experience in successfully delivering medium or large-sized international projects
- proficient in Revit
- great hand-sketching skills to convey your design ideas and concepts
- proficiency in computer applications commonly used within architecture
- drawing skills, good written and spoken communication skills

Key responsibilities
Design expertise:
- deliver high-quality design work, engaging others with your creative and innovative thinking
Project delivery:
- demonstrate a working knowledge of the design process and project brief, supporting the preparation of the project deliverables and other activities related to the project development
- deliver high-quality work with limited guidance, demonstrating developed technical and/or design skills
- manage third parties according to the parameters of the project
Team membership:
- act as a team player, actively seeking feedback and demonstrating a positive attitude towards work and team activities
- support company-wide initiatives and proactively seek feedback
Client relationships:
- respond positively towards clients and consultants
- provide support to senior team members with client presentations and meetings as required
Budget control:
- recognise the importance of the project budget and seek to develop their knowledge of project financials
