Assistant project manager

Hadron International is hiring an assistant project manager to join its team in London.
Hadron International is looking for architects/designers who want to transition into a project management role with a shared role in assisting the development of ground-breaking generative artificial intelligence software for the design industry.
You will be working alongside a senior PM on projects and will be mentored by the managing director who takes a proactive role in the training and development of the team, and who leads the AI initiative. You will receive all the required training to be successful and will work on projects with some of the world’s most recognised companies.
Ideally, you will have some commercial or residential experience, or both, have an active interest in technology and understand its possibilities.
Role and responsibilities:
- supporting the project manager in creating client briefs into workable project plans
- pulling together the scope of work and specifications
- assisting in producing cost plans
- contract administration
- ensuring cost plans, quotes, orders and phasing are all accurate and up-to-date
- ensuring all projects are delivered to exacting standards on time and in budget
- labelling plans for data processing
- reviewing and amending layout plans to ensure accuracy
Experience required:
- background in the commercial/residential sector
- good communication skills
- attention to detail
- expert knowledge of CAD/Revit
- working knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign
- good knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes
- able to work under pressure to deadlines
- ability to work on your own initiative
- some knowledge of contract and procurement options
