Own Projects is hiring a visualiser to join its team in London.

About us

Own London is a design and development studio that specialises in high end residential property in London. Our in-house multidisciplinary team consists of architects, interior designers, chartered engineers, craftsmen, project managers and property managers. By designing, constructing, developing and managing property in-house, our collaborative imagination and collective intelligence brings a creative edge of difference and the highest levels of detail. Our portfolio includes more than 30 projects in Prime Central London. Our expertise cover; residential, hospitality and commercial spaces. Our works are unified by a guiding vision, to enrich the lives of the individuals who occupy them.

About you

We are looking for a talented, experienced and dedicated visualiser to join our friendly team. The candidate will ideally have an education in or a passion for interior/architecture, with an excellent technical understanding and the ability to produce high-end quality visuals using 3ds Max or Rhino/V-ray (or Enscape).

The role

  • responsible for the visual representation and production of 3D visualisations for all projects taken from sketches, concepts and CAD through to photorealistic high-end rendering whilst assisting in the design process
  • working closely with architectural and design teams to plan and visualise projects for client presentations
  • experience in creating photorealistic imagery and stylised visualisation for furniture, interior and exterior design with excellent quality
  • an education in, or passion for interiors/architecture and design
  • ability to understand architectural drawings and concepts
  • a keen eye for detail and a flair for design
  • the role can be hybrid; two days in the office three days working remotely

Skills and experience required:

  • must be proficient in 3ds Max or Rhino, V-ray or Enscape or Lumion and Photoshop
  • knowledge of SketchUp and AutoCAD a bonus
  • able to prioritise tasks, working on several projects at once and meet deadlines
  • excellent English with strong verbal and written communication skills
