Job description
As a project manager in the luxury design field, specialising in the yachting industry, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the successful execution of our projects. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibility:
- collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers and sub-contractors to define project requirements, objectives and deliverables
- develop and maintain project plans, including timelines
- coordinate and manage all project activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members
- conduct regular visits to ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards and safety regulations
- stay updated on industry trends, regulations and best practices related to luxury interior design and the yachting industry
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or related field
- proven experience as a project manager in the luxury interior design field with a focus on the yachting industry
- strong knowledge of interior design principles, materials and construction techniques
- excellent project manager skills, including the ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- flexibility to travel to project sites as required
