Eve Waldron Design is looking for an architectural technician with UK commercial project experience to join its growing team in Cambridge, UK.

Based in the heart of Cambridge we are an award winning, progressive interior design and architecture practise. We have a diverse spectrum of clients spanning across commercial enterprises, educational institutions and residential projects creating unique and memorable spaces.
Job summary
We are looking for an experienced architectural technician with sound technical, construction and building regs knowledge. You must have excellent project delivery, time management, documentation and CAD skills to join our team. Exceptional communication skills to articulate and present your design vision are essential.
You will need advanced knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop and InDesign. Proficiency in 3D SketchUp and/or other 3D software would be advantageous.
This is a key role in a growing business that requires strong visual communication skills and ability to engage with clients, consultant teams and suppliers, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and directors, and at times work independently and autonomously.
This role required proven experience to deliver projects through RIBA Stages in the UK. Please do not apply if you do not have the relevant experience.
In addition to experience delivering commercial projects, experience delivering residential refurbishment and extension projects is desirable but not essential.
