Job purpose
The role requires a creative and enthusiastic junior architectural visualiser with excellent attention to detail and a good eye for composition, lighting and materials. The successful applicant will need to be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high quality output at speed.
Working closely with our architectural design teams, you will interpret projects from design concept to photo style images for planning and final designs.
Key responsibilities:
- support our senior designers to bring our projects to life in 3D, covering a range of retail schemes
- building up specially designed models 2D and 3D for interior and exterior design details
- generating image boards and preparing sample boards for design works
- create a 3D perspective and photo-realistic high-end rendering
- knowledge of V-Ray
- basic understanding of AutoCAD and Revit would be advantageous but not essential
- experience with VFX and video editing would be advantageous but not essential
- ability to create both high and low poly models
- minimum of two years CGI experience
- natural artistic flair and a track record for producing superior quality CGIs
- post production enhancement of visualisations
- capacity to be able to work on their own initiative and have excellent communication skills
- comfortable working to tight deadlines within a team and individually
Personal profile:
- portfolio is essential with application
- degree level in architecture or interior design
- profient in Vectorworks, AutoCAD and Photoshop
- relevant experience of architecture design in luxury retail
- creative design sensibility
- confident creative point of view
- technical capability and ability to influence and negotiate confidently with cross-functional partners
- knowledge of current market trends and competitor approaches
- well organised, flexible and adaptable
- excellent communication skills with the ability to present and share information effectively collaborative team player with strong initiative
