Part 2 architectural assistant

Architecture Initiative is seeking a keen, confident and talented Part 2 architectural assistant to join its studio in London.
Architecture Initiative is a multi-award-winning, design-focused architectural studio, working across a broad range of residential, education and mixed-use projects both in London and the rest of the UK.

Candidates should have the following qualities and skills,
- minimum two years’ experience in practice at Part 1 or Part 2
- excellent design, technical and graphic skills
- excellent communication
- ability to take initiative in response to direction or instruction
- ability to work well under pressure, prioritise duties and work effectively to meet deadlines while remaining calm and professional at all times
- self-motivated, confident and able to handle multiple tasks
- good working knowledge of planning standards and UK building regulations
- ability to prioritise tacks and work effectively under pressure
- flexible and open attitude, ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
- proactive and positive attitude, enthusiastic to grow and learn
- proficiency in Revit is essential.
This role is full time and studio based. The salary is negotiable.
