About the job
The position offered is that of a key senior architectural team member. As the successful candidate you will be an experienced Part 3 (or equivalent) project architect with a commitment to design excellence, leadership qualities, seven-plus years of on-site experience, coupled with proven technical and construction knowledge.
You will also be required to have UK job running experience at all stages and excellent organisational and administrative skills, to include most aspects of practice management as well as experience in project and practice financial and contractual matters.
Alongside the two directors, you will be required to help lead internal and external teams to deliver multiple projects to BWA’s exacting standards, on time and to budget, helping steer them from early inception stages through to completion on site. The position is at the same time operational and client facing.
Finally, we are also looking for candidates with:
- the ability to be well organised and reliable
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- competence in Vectorworks, NBS and Adobe Suite
Salary and package
BWA offers competitive salary packages commensurate with seniority and experience.
