Woven is a vibrant rug gallery with locations in West Hollywood and New York and now launching a new London showroom in Belgravia. The storied antique, the refined vintage, the sublime tribal, the cool contemporary and precisely customised: Woven originates the finest heirloom rugs from markets and weavers worldwide.
About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, highly motivated sales manager to foster new relationships and take our UK sales to new heights. The right candidates must have strong industry contacts in the A+D, high-end, luxury design community and understand the sophistication of our product and clientele. A natural salesperson who has flawless communication skills, ability to interact with both clients and team members, seamlessly. In this position you will work closely with our showroom director on strategies for
meeting and exceeding sales goals and client expectations.
We are looking for candidates who have:
- prior success selling high-end luxury items through networking, analysing industry trends and creating strategic client-centric sales plans
- proven luxury sales track record
Key responsibilities:
- must possess an entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter who is driven by success
- ensure that customers, both new and established, experience the highest levels of customer service at all times and are updated with new products and relevant information
- keeping on top of the day-to-day running of the showroom, ensuring excellent operational and visual standards
- regularly schedule presentations with design firms to educate on our product line and our custom services
- prospecting and business development of new and existing clients
- entertain and participate in local industry events to build and deepen relationships
- manage the full client lifecycle to meet and exceed sales goals as well as ensuring repeat business with long term client relationships
Required experience:
- BA/BS degree preferably in interior design or a related field
- minimum five years showroom/trade sales experience
- strong aesthetic sense and knowledge of industry trends
- ability to identify client needs and problem solve
- strong organisational skills and ability to multitask
- impeccable communication and networking skills
- extensive knowledge with CRM systems and G-Suite/Microsoft Office
- must have a proven sales track record
