Revit and parametric designer assistant
at LEOS Development
LEOS International is seeking a Revit and parametric designer assistant to join its team in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- harness your mastery of Revit to craft, refine, and adapt parametric 3D models with precision and innovation
- collaborate closely with architects and designers to conceive and execute groundbreaking architectural elements and objects
- ensure designs meet standards and feasibility requirements, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible
- test and iterate designs to align with project specifications and objectives
- produce comprehensive technical drawings and documentation to guide manufacturing teams
- stay abreast of industry trends, software advancements, and emerging technologies
- contribute your expertise to diverse residential projects from inception to completion, guided by project leads
- manage design workflows, project coordination, and construction-related tasks seamlessly
- develop detailed construction drawings and support design coordination efforts
- expertly utilize software tools including AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and, notably, Revit for 3D modelling
Qualifications:
- bachelor’s degree in architecture, industrial design or equivalent (RIBA Part 2 completion preferred)
- minimum of three years’ hands-on experience in 3D parametric design
- advanced proficiency in Revit and other leading 3D modelling software (e.g. Rhino, Grasshopper, 3D Max)
- deep understanding of parametric design principles, manufacturing processes and product development
- stellar communication and teamwork skills, essential for effective collaboration
- meticulous attention to detail and adept at managing multiple projects concurrently
- strong command of AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- highly creative with exceptional multitasking abilities
- outstanding written and verbal communication skills
