White Rabbit Projects is hiring a lead graphic designer to join its team in London.

White Rabbit Projects is a specialist hospitality incubator run by industry veterans who have worked at every level of the sector – identifying, creating, and incubating early-stage hospitality concepts, helping them to scale successfully ensuring quality and guest experience are at the forefront of the journey.

We have an amazing brand-new opportunity for a lead graphic designer to join our team. You will be making impactful contributions to the design studio and be involved in projects in the UK and internationally

What are my main duties?

As our lead graphic designer, you’ll be at the forefront of our creative endeavours, collaborating closely with our creative director to spearhead branding and design projects. Your role will involve developing captivating visual identities for multiple brands, spanning across branding, packaging, print, photography, and web design.

You will also:

  • take a leading role in branding and design projects, working closely with the creative director
  • apply independent creative thinking across all touch-points to deliver best-in-class designs
  • create and present engaging decks to communicate ideas effectively to stakeholders
  • manage workflow and ensure timely delivery of projects, while incorporating feedback from stakeholders
  • stay updated on trends and share inspiring findings with the team
  • manage and review the work of junior designers to maintain high quality and adherence to briefs
  • collaborate with the operations and architectural team on live projects
  • support the enhancement of brand guidelines and ensure compliance at all times

What do I need?

  • a robust portfolio showcasing experience in conceptualizing and designing for brand and hospitality projects
  • previous experience in the hospitality industry or creative agency environment is preferred
  • ability to interpret creative briefs and design assets that effectively communicate a story
  • excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • proficiency in artwork and packaging for print and production, mindful of budget and environmental considerations
  • strong multitasking and prioritization skills, with experience using workflow management systems
  • expertise in Adobe Creative Suite is a must
  • managerial experience is required
