Freelance architectural assistant
at Goldrose Sharpe Developments
Goldrose Sharpe Developments is looking for a Part 1 architectural assistant to join its team in London on a freelance basis for a period of three months initially.
We are a property developer and contractor with an in-house team of architects and designers. We have a varied portfolio of projects including multi-unit residential schemes and conversions to one-off single dwelling projects.
We currently have a number of planning submissions that we need assistance with which will include 3D work, 2D CAD drawings and diagrams.
Candidates should be able to demonstrate the following:
- must be available for immediate start
- experience working in an architectural practice
- strong 3D skills and able to use multiple softwares
- experience using AutoCAD
- experience using SketchUp
- able to produce visual renders
- basic knowledge of Revit would be helpful
- strong Adobe skills (especially Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator)
- excellent written and spoken English
