Role overview
We are seeking a business development manager to drive the growth of our studio both internationally and in Europe. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for design and a proven track record in business development.
Responsibilities:
- develop and implement business development strategies to expand our client base
- identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
- build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- lead pitches and presentations to prospective clients
- collaborate with the creative team to align business goals with design projects
- monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- review and coordinate marketing across social media platforms
Requirements:
- proven experience in a similar role within the design or creative industry
- a strong network of industry contacts
- excellent communication and negotiation skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- strategic mindset with a focus on achieving long-term goals
- proficiency in CRM software/strategies
