De Matos Ryan is hiring an architect with at least three years’ residential experience to join its team in London.
De Matos Ryan is seeking to recruit an experienced and qualified architect to join our studio to work on a number of residential projects in and around London. We are looking for an articulate and motivated candidate who is passionate about design and who enjoys making buildings and managing that process collaboratively between clients, consultants and contractors.
Skills and experience required:
- at least three years’ post-Part 3 experience in a design-led UK practice
- applicants will need to demonstrate exceptional abilities across all RIBA stages including strategic thinking, planning and onwards to technical abilities and construction experience
- excellent design skills with a keen attention to detail as well as clear and thorough technical knowledge and expertise
- excellent graphic, verbal and written communication skills
- expert knowledge of Microstation, Sketchup, Photoshop and In-design
- experience writing NBS specifications
