Robson Warren Architects has an opportunity for an architectural assistant to join its London team.
Robson Warren Architects is a busy practice in Putney with a successful portfolio of commercial and residential projects in the London area.
We are looking for an experienced architectural assistant, keen to develop their career at a well-established practice, who will join our team on a permanent basis. Our projects are carried out on a full-service basis from inception to administration of the building contract and our offer will appeal to those candidates who are working towards their RIBA part 3 qualification.
The successful applicant will have the following qualities:
- RIBA Part 2 qualified with at least two years’ subsequent experience
- good 3D design skills
- ability to work proactively in a small team with strong written and verbal communication skills
- experience of working as an architectural assistant in the UK with knowledge of British regulations, materials and technologies
- experience of all RIBA Plan of Work stages including client and consultant liaison, specification and contract administration
- proficiency in 3D CAD (you must have experience in ArchiCAD)
