Architectural technician

HÁM is hiring an architectural technician to join the architecture team. This full-time position can be office-based in Henley-On-Thames, hybrid or fully remote.
The ideal candidate will have excellent technical and presentation skills, along with a conscientious and sensitive approach to design. Familiarity with construction processes, UK regulation and technical detailing is critical. An interest in, and eye for, high end residential architecture and interior architecture will be advantageous.
The position will appeal to those that enjoy working with conscientious, like-minded people in a productive, creative environment. The practice is currently working on a variety of new build and restoration private residential projects, both in London and across the UK.
Experience within the UK and on private residential projects is essential.
Software: AutoCAD or Vectorworks. SketchUp advantageous.
Hand drawing skills and a sense of humour are very welcome.
