Nex is a London-based architecture studio that was founded in 2008 by Alan Dempsey. The studio focuses on people's experience and its projects' connection with the public realm. The studio's work spans uses of arts and culture, education, workplace, living and leisure.
The studio's current and recent clients include the British Museum, the RAF Museum, British Land, the Cadogan Estate, the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. Its completed work has received international recognition, winning several architectural competitions and critical acclaim, including AYA Public Realm Architect of the Year, AJ Leisure Building of the Year and the UK Commercial Building of the Year.
