Fletcher Crane Architects is a friendly, design led, award winning practice based in the heart of the delightful town of Kingston upon Thames, London.
We are looking for motivated Part 2 and Part 3 RIBA qualified architects to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be able to construct clear design and technical information using Archicad.
This candidate should also have good hand drawn and sketching capabilities alongside an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution.
Responsibilities:
- using Archicad
- create plans and drawings which clearly outline the architectural design of project
- be a strong, confident and competent designer
- conduct site evaluations to ensure quality of work and adherence to safety standards
- oversee and make recommendations throughout entire construction process
- collaborate with various teams and external consultants
Qualifications:
- proficient in Archicad
- degree in architecture, or equivalent
- three plus years of experience in construction and architecture
- strong organisational, creative and presentation skills
- have a good understanding of UK regulations
