Garnett & Partners has an opportunity for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its practice in London.
Garnett & Partners is an award-winning multidisciplinary architectural practice based in Southwark, London, a short walk from the Tate Modern. We offer a broad range of services including architecture and interior design, town planning and sustainability.
With an expanding workload, the practice is looking for an ambitious and talented Part 2 architectural assistant to join our versatile team. We require enthusiastic and highly motivated applicants with good communication and presentation skills to assist on projects from initial design through to construction.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate all-round design and technical ability, enjoy working in a team environment with consultants and contractors.
Applicants should have between one and two years UK work experience and must have proficiency in AutoCAD and excellent design and 3D visualisation skills. Preliminary BIM software experience an advantage.
The practice provides a full architectural service from inception to contract administration and this is a great opportunity for applicants requiring support for their RIBA Part 3.

Minimum requirements:
- RIBA Part 2
- one-year minimum UK experience
- proficiency in AutoCAD
- working knowledge of SketchUp
- familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
- excellent command of English, both written and spoken
