Herzog & de Meuron is looking for a project manager to join its practice in Basel, Switzerland.
Herzog & de Meuron is a highly renowned international architecture firm based in Basel. For our client we are currently looking for a full-time project manager.
The project
Still in the technical pre-project phase, Herzog & de Meuron is already planning the new headquarters for a prestigious client in Geneva, featuring 2’500 workplaces and 70,000m2 of floor space. Planned completion is set to be the end of 2021.
Your tasks
Within Herzog & de Meuron you are responsible for time scheduling and cost planning, contract and change management, quality control and the coordination of specialist planners. You will act as a link between the team of Herzog & de Meuron, the client, the specialist planners, including the local architect, and all of the authorities involved. This project requires intensive travel between Basel and Geneva.
Your profile
- architect or civil engineer with at least eight years of qualified experience in managing large projects, preferably in Switzerland
- convincing leader, strong communicator and versed in dealing with different stakeholders
- high resilience and stress resistance
- proficiency in the French language, oral and written
