Part 2/3 architect

Ivo Carew Architects is seeking a Part 2 or a recently qualified Part 3 architect to join its practice in London.
ICA is a small but growing practice founded in 2016. The practice typically works on one-off small and medium sized design-led projects. Previously ICA has worked on private houses, multi-unit housing, offices, commercial spaces and arts sector projects. Projects often relate to listed buildings and heritage assets.
ICA is looking for an experienced, proactive and ambitious designer to assist with several new projects in London. The candidate should be interested in contributing to the future of the practice with a view to taking on greater responsibilities as it grows.
Qualifications, qualities and experience:
- RIBA Part 2/Part 3 qualification (or equivalent)
- excellent design and presentation skills
- experience on technical drawings and specifications
- proficiency in CAD, 3D modelling and rendering packages
- strong communication skills, both verbal and written with a fluency in English
- ability to work well as part of a team and independently as required
- professional experience with medium sized projects
