London, UK
Experienced assistant/junior architect
at MOST Architecture

MOST Architecture is seeking an experienced assistant/junior architect to join its team in London.

About us

MOST Architecture is a small, design-led practice based in London, working across residential, commercial and public projects. We focus on quality, character, and thoughtful detailing, delivering considered architecture and interiors with integrity.

The role

You will work across a range of design and technical tasks on live projects and competitions. Responsibilities include producing drawings, visualisations and diagrams, model making and 3D printing, preparing submissions, and assisting with technical detailing and on-site coordination. You’ll work closely with the director and wider team, with exposure to all RIBA work stages.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, contribute meaningfully, and grow within a supportive and creatively driven studio.

What we’re looking for

We’re seeking a candidate with a strong design sensibility and proactive attitude – someone curious, self-motivated, dependable, flexible and ready to take on responsibility within a small collaborative team.

Essential skills and attributes:

  • enthusiasm, strong work ethic, and sound judgement
  • strong design and visual communication skills
  • proficiency in architectural software (Revit preferred)
  • CGI skills (e.g. 3DS Max, V-Ray, Enscape) and confident graphic presentation
  • some experience reading and applying UK Building Regulations
  • willingness to learn, multitask and contribute across project stages
  • good communication skills, including written and spoken English
  • UK work eligibility and based in or near London
  • hand sketching ability is a plus

What we offer

  • a varied, hands-on role with early responsibility within a small, committed team
  • involvement in meaningful UK and international projects across architecture and interiors
  • exposure to all project stages — from concept and competitions to construction
  • a supportive studio culture focused on quality, learning and professional development
  • a creative workspace environment in the heart of Brixton, close to transport, food and culture
  • a salary in line with experience and room for long-term growth
