What is the practice working on?

"In London, Sybarite is finalising the transformation of Harvey Nichols' ground floor, reimagining a heritage department store for a new era.

"In China, the studio continues its acclaimed partnership with SKP, having delivered landmark destinations in Beijing, Xi'an, Chengdu and Wuhan, with more projects underway.

"Sybarite are also rolling out community-focused malls such as DT51, while exploring opportunities across East Asia with leading mixed-use and commercial real estate groups, including CR Land, Hongkong Land, HZM Capital, Swire Properties and SM Supermalls.

"Beyond Europe and Asia, Sybarite is advising on retail strategy and design for giga projects in the Middle East with clients such as KAFD, shaping large-scale developments that will set the tone for future consumer experiences."
