"Atelier I-N-D-J designs extraordinary solutions from unexpected places. At the frontier of design, we unite artistic intuition with technological capability, add new value to the spaces we inhabit.

What is the practice working on?

"The company is currently working on W Hotel Suzhou, a vibrant new gastro lounge and landmark, which includes holistic, immersive spaces that combine striking art and materials.

"We're also working on entertainment venues, such as Master, a nightlife venue, which is a versatile, architecturally-driven destination redefining hospitality and performance.

"Other examples across our diverse portfolio are Nebula, an art installation in
Wuhan, China, and a temporary brand exhibition at Shanghai's Xintiandi Plaza, named Oishi."

"Atelier I-N-D-J studios are fertile, imaginative spaces. We have an artistic network of suppliers, creators and adjacent industries that feed off one another.

"We have always sought to break down the sometimes siloed nature of our domain, and instead learn from adjacent industries, such as traditional craft or robotics.

"We are looking for potential team members with different working experience levels and from different disciplines.

"Currently, we're looking for an associate design director to lead our Shanghai studio. This individual will have strong design leadership skills and a rich experience of interior design, preferred in retail and hospitality areas.

"We also welcome applications from individuals with high curiosity and/or experience to embrace AI technology in daily work. We want an explorer, a tech-savvy designer who is deeply knowledgeable in architecture, interior design, exhibition design and interactive art installation.

"We're also looking for a marketing and communication wizard – an all-rounder of social media platforms, including Chinese and international, who can deliver our digital marketing strategy."
