Description
Stephen Sullivan Designs seeks an experienced architect to join a close-knit, creative team. This position will produce working drawings for high-end residential projects.
Requirements:
- a graduate of an accredited university with an architectural degree
- minimum of five years of experience in architectural drafting and design, with at least two years experience in project management, production of construction documents and construction administration
- excels in time management and ability to prioritise, must be able to meet tight deadlines
- highly developed skills and talent in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and preparation of presentation materials
- must be a good team player and able to clearly communicate concepts both verbally and graphically
- commitment to your own professional growth as an architect
- excellent technical background and experience in the field
- high attention to detail and ability to understand the overall design and complex structures
- this is a position with strong production requirements
