Project London is hiring a project architect to join its growing team in London.

We are an award-winning architectural and project management studio specialising in high-end residential projects. From concept to completion, we deliver exceptional results for discerning clients. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are seeking an experienced and driven architect to help lead projects and support the studio at this pivotal time in our growth.

About you

You are a confident, motivated architect with a proven track record in high-end residential design. Passionate about detail, you lead with both creativity and commercial awareness – ensuring exceptional outcomes for clients while managing timelines, budgets, and teams with ease.

You are comfortable taking ownership of projects through all RIBA stages, and you’re as adept at managing contractors on-site as you are at presenting to clients or mentoring junior staff.

Key responsibilities:

  • prepare client presentations and design packages
  • lead projects through all RIBA stages, from initial brief to completion
  • manage project timelines, budgets, and profitability
  • oversee on-site works and contract administration
  • confidently present concepts to clients, colleagues, and external consultants
  • communicate clearly and professionally with all stakeholders
  • uphold the quality and standards that define our studio

Required qualifications and skills:

  • degree in Architecture and a minimum of one year’s experience post-Part 3
  • strong experience in high-end residential architecture
  • demonstrated ability to lead projects independently across all RIBA stages
  • proficient in Vectorworks (2D), Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office
  • strong technical knowledge, including UK building regulations and contract admin
  • excellent communication and presentation skills (written and spoken English)
  • highly organised, detail-oriented, and process-driven
