Prest Vale Architects is seeking a talented ARB registered architect to join its team in London.
We are looking for a skilled and thoughtful architect who is confident running high-end residential projects and working with Listed Buildings. You will work closely with our team and directors to develop and deliver several exciting projects in the UK.
We deliver architectural and interior projects of varying use, for both private and commercial clients. A selection of our current jobs include the refurbishment and extension of a 30,000sqft Grade II listed hotel on the edge of Hyde Park, a substantial renovation and extension of two penthouse apartments on Grosvenor Square, as well as the creation of a new luxury apartment building in central Kensington.
We are a small team of talented and highly motivated individuals and we encourage everyone in the office to contribute to and be involved in the design process. We care very much about the development of our team members and we are always looking to help them grow. Most importantly we like our studio to be a happy, creative and enjoyable place to work.
The successful candidate will have excellent technical and presentation skills, whilst possessing a thorough and thoughtful approach to design. They will also have a working understanding of all RIBA work stages. Key qualities for this role include a collaborative spirit for working within a team, strong organisational and communication skills, and a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential, as well as a good understanding of SketchUp, Enscape, Photoshop and other relevant software would be beneficial.
