We believe architecture can enhance our collective quality of life. Our dedication to creating spaces goes beyond aesthetics; we aim to make environmentally responsible buildings that foster community, connection, and well-being.

Role overview

We are looking for a driven architect with at least five years’ of post-Part 3 experience in a UK practice to join our London studio.

The core project for this role involves the delivery of a landmark residential retrofit in central London, involving the phased renovation of over 500 luxury apartments. Works include the comprehensive renewal of building services to improve environmental performance, as well as the full refurbishment of interiors and communal areas to support contemporary living. The scheme also encompasses a number of supporting functions—including retail, wellness, and community spaces—offering opportunities to contribute from early concept through to on-site delivery.

In addition to this core responsibility, the role offers scope to contribute to a broader portfolio of public and private projects spanning residential, hospitality, commercial, and education sectors. We foster a collaborative, design-led studio culture where input is encouraged at every stage, and where team members are supported in developing their skills across a diverse and growing body of work.

This is a strong opportunity for an ambitious architect looking to take a leading role on a major project while growing within a supportive and evolving practice.

Key responsibilities:

  • lead the day-to-day delivery of a major multi-residential retrofit project across all RIBA work stages, coordinating with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and client-side representatives
  • produce and review technical and design documentation to a high standard, ensuring compliance with relevant building regulations, standards, and project specifications
  • oversee and coordinate BIM/Revit workflows to ensure efficient and consistent documentation across project phases
  • manage site queries, RFIs, submittals, and ongoing contractor engagement during the construction stages
  • contribute to internal design reviews, working collaboratively to uphold design quality across all stages
  • support and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of shared learning and professional development
  • participate in the development of proposals and presentations for new and existing clients where required

Essential skills:

  • ARB-registered with full RIBA Part 3 qualifications
  • a minimum of five years’ post-Part 3 experience within a UK architectural practice
  • strong technical background, with experience delivering complex residential or retrofit projects across RIBA Stages 3–5
  • excellent communication skills, with experience working directly with clients, consultants, and contractors
  • demonstrable experience working on site, including direct engagement with contractors, resolving construction queries, and attending inspections
  • proficiency in Revit and confident use of BIM workflows in a collaborative environment
  • a rigorous approach to technical detailing and quality assurance
  • comfortable managing multiple workstreams and responding to evolving project needs
  • a proactive, collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to practice-wide dialogue and design development
