Senior architect/senior interior designer

OZA Design is hiring a senior architect/senior interior designer to join its team in London.
OZA Design is based in London and currently has high-end residential projects in the UK, Europe and the US. We are looking for a senior architect or senior interior designer to join our London studio.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure overall responsibility for the management of the design function within the company, providing support to the Directors to ensure all design projects are completed on time, on budget and to the expectation of our clients.
Requirements/experience:
- minimum six years’ prior experience working on design-led projects
- managing the design team and projects
- making and retaining client relationships, being an exceptional brand ambassador at all times
- ensuring the projects are delivered; on time, on budget and to the highest standard
- multi-task and work under pressure in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- proficient in using AutoCAD and SketchUp
- strong graphic communication and presentation skills. Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
- confident delivery of drawings with an understanding of technical detailing through all stages
- confident on-site construction details and well communication with main contractors
- excellent written and oral communication in English and presentation skills
- commitment to excellence and high standards
- strong organisational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- ability to manage priorities, resources and workflow
