About us

TEO Architects is a creative, design-led practice based in London, dedicated to delivering thoughtful, elegant, and sustainable architecture. Our work spans residential, commercial, and cultural projects, each rooted in context and crafted with care. We believe great design emerges from collaboration, curiosity, and a commitment to making meaningful places that improve the way people live and work.

Who we’re looking for

TEO Architects is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our growing studio. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced architect who is passionate about high-quality design, technical excellence, and seeing projects through from concept to completion.

The successful candidate will bring strong design and technical skills, a collaborative mindset, and proven experience delivering projects on site. You will play a key role in leading projects, supporting junior team members, and contributing to the overall creative and technical direction of the practice.

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work across all stages of design and delivery — from early concept development to technical documentation and on-site coordination. You’ll take ownership of projects, collaborate with consultants and clients, and contribute to the design direction of the practice. Current projects range from bespoke private homes and heritage refurbishments to small-scale mixed-use and community schemes.

Skills and qualifications:

  • ARB registered (or eligible for registration in the UK)
  • five plus years’ post-Part 3 experience, ideally in high-end residential/hospitality
  • experience running projects and leading small teams
  • great people skills – you’re comfortable with clients, consultants, and collaborators
  • strong technical knowledge of UK Building Regs, CDM, and construction detailing
  • excellent Revit and AutoCAD skills
  • strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • great presentation skills
  • team player and good communicator
  • solid understanding of UK building regulations and construction detailing
  • experience across all RIBA stages
  • excellent organisation and attention to detail
  • excellent communication and organisational skills
  • collaborative mindset and ability to work independently when required
  • enthusiasm for design quality, sustainability, and innovation

What you’ll be doing:

  • leading the design of beautiful, bespoke projects
  • creating drawings and visuals that really bring ideas to life
running client meetings, presentations, and design workshops
  • coordinating technical packages and working with contractors
  • working closely with consultants to keep everything running smoothly
  • visiting the site regularly and championing quality all the way through construction

What we offer:

  • a creative, supportive studio culture that values design excellence and collaboration
  • opportunity to take real ownership and lead on live projects
  • competitive salary based on experience
  • regular design reviews, studio events, and CPD opportunities

We’re proud to be an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and identities.
