In collaboration with renowned designers such as Antonio Citterio, Patricia Urquiola, Ronan Bouroullec, Doshi & Levien, and Jasper Morrison, Kettal embodies craftsmanship, customization, and sustainability in every piece.
As Kettal continues to grow across the UK, we are seeking a Residential Sales Manager to join our London team.
This role is key in assisting the daily operations of the Kettal London showroom, driving residential sales, and nurturing lasting relationships with private clients, interior designers, and architects.
You will represent Kettal’s values of design excellence and service, guiding clients through a seamless experience, from initial consultation to final delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- client relations: welcome and advise clients and A&D professionals, offering tailored design solutions
- sales growth: identify opportunities, follow up on leads, and close sales to achieve and exceed targets
- business development: cultivate new partnerships with architects, designers, and residential clients
- showroom presentation: maintain a refined, on-brand environment that showcases Kettal’s collections
- brand engagement: organize and host product launches and design events to strengthen Kettal’s presence
- market awareness: stay informed on industry trends and competitors to support strategic growth
Profile and skills:
- proven experience in premium or luxury furniture, interiors, or design sales
- exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
- strong leadership and a genuine passion for design and innovation
- solid principle understanding and passion of design, and the ability to advise clients
- proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
