Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is seeking an intermediate designer to join its team in New York, USA.
Martin Brudnizki Design Studio has a vacancy for an ambitious and talented Intermediate Designer with three to six years’ experience to work on high end Interior Design projects in the restaurant and hospitality sectors.
An extremely high-level of AutoCAD is a must and a proficiency in Photoshop and SketchUp is essential. Current USA building regulation knowledge as well as a comprehensive understanding of construction technology and a high level of joinery and detailing is imperative. The individual should be a strong team player with good communication skills and the ability to coordinate, control and make decisions. A general all-rounder with both ID and FF&E skills.
The candidate should also:
- be meticulous, highly organized and efficient
- be a team player able to support and contribute to a positive working environment
- be capable of clear communication; fluent in English, both written and verbal
- be proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and InDesign as well as having knowledge of SketchUp
- demonstrate confidence in sketching and presenting new ideas
- show experience of delivering neat, clear and accurate design information and schedules
- be able to confidently represent the Company externally and contribute to MBDS’s professional reputation and high level of attention to detail
