Manica Architecture is seeking a Part 2 architectural assistant/Part 3 architect to join its team in London.

Manica Architecture is looking for a talented Part 2 architectural assistant or recently qualified Part 3 candidate with strong Revit skills to join its London-based office to work on ground-breaking projects in the UK and internationally.

We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2 years office experience using Revit in a BIM Level 2 environment.

Estimated start date: Immediate

Key responsibilities:

• working with the project director to develop the concept in Revit
• take responsibility for the BIM model
• participate in collaborative team and project environments

Skills and qualifications (required unless otherwise noted):

• architectural degree to at least RIBA Part 2
• must be proficient in Revit, preferably working in a BIM 360 environment
• must be eligible to work in the UK
• the ideal candidate will have a minimum of two year’s office experience
• strong conceptual design and schematic design skills
• good verbal and graphic communication skills and ability to work within diverse teams of designers and other professionals
• ability to work in a global collaborative environment
• successful candidates should be prepared to travel internationally if required
• fluent in written and verbal English
