Lo Design is hiring a project architect (associate track) to join its team in Philadelphia, USA.
Lo Design has an immediate opening for a talented project architect (with seven to ten plus years’ of experience).
We’re an award-winning, Philadelphia-based architecture and design studio working across residential, commercial, adaptive reuse, and social impact projects.
We’re looking for an experienced project architect to lead projects, guide our team, and help set the standard for design excellence in our growing studio. This position is leadership-track and we see this position as being instrumental in growing with a foundational role in our emerging practice.
Your qualifications:
- seven to ten plus years’ of professional experience
- expert-level Revit skills (modeling, documentation, project organization)
- strong design sensibility and refined graphic eye
- proficient in SketchUp, Enscape, and 3D workflows
- comfortable navigating codes, zoning, and (ideally) Philadelphia permitting
- a clear, confident communicator and patient mentor
- thrive in a collaborative, design-forward studio environment
