Strategic marketing and brand management:

  • develop and implement comprehensive marketing and brand strategies
  • conduct market and sector research to support business development activities
  • manage marketing budget and report on campaign performance through quarterly marketing reports
  • oversee brand consistency across all touchpoints including templates, email footers, documents, job descriptions, advertisements, and offer packs
  • plan and execute targeted sector marketing campaigns

Digital asset and content management:

  • lead Open Asset digital library management, including content creation, auditing, and gatekeeping processes
  • prepare and manage copy for historic and current projects, prioritising top-performing assets
  • oversee initial import and ongoing development of text library
  • manage teams’ use of CMap marketing platform
  • coordinate website updates and support website relaunch initiatives
  • maintain marketing and publicity calendar

Communications and public relations:

  • develop and distribute newsletters and email campaigns
  • manage daily social media planning and execution across multiple platforms
  • handle press relations, including liaison with media contacts and external PR agencies
  • prepare and coordinate press releases
  • manage award submissions and coordinate exhibition participation
  • oversee photography management and coordination

Business development support:

  • prepare marketing collateral, including CVs, capability documents, case studies, and presentation materials
  • coordinate pre-qualification questionnaire (PQQ) responses and bid documentation
  • support technical copywriting and editorial processes
  • conduct networking and professional engagement activities
  • provide comprehensive proofreading services across all marketing materials

Team leadership and operations:

  • line management responsibilities for marketing team members
  • coordinate roundtables and internal events
  • manage general administrative duties supporting marketing function
  • liaise with directors on budget setting and resource allocation
  • ensure thorough knowledge of and compliance with ACG policies, procedures and standards, adhering to our QMS in line with ISO9001:2015
