MorenoMasey are looking for an architectural designer to join our hospitality team in London, UK.

We are an architecture and interior design studio creating exceptional spaces, beautiful at every level. Our work is defined by incisive decision-making, technical precision and a design philosophy that balances creativity with purpose. We shape high-end residential, hospitality and commercial projects across London and the UK, working both remotely and from our base at Working From_Southwark.

We are seeking a committed, detail-driven architectural designer (hospitality) to deliver on bespoke hospitality projects. Someone who can bring ideas to life, think rigorously, and contribute to projects with clarity and confidence.

What you’ll be responsible for:

  • generating creative design at all stages of projects
  • integrating sustainable design and ethos into existing and new projects
  • contributing to design and technical workshops for all projects
  • managing information packages with responsibility for end-to-end delivery and integration into the project
  • bringing new ideas and energy into the company
    reporting and providing feedback to the internal and external project team
  • identifying project risks during the architectural process
    maintaining careful custody of the client brief and company vision for projects in all aspects of the architectural process
  • looking for opportunities to increase efficiencies and improve processes across the business
  • delivering the highest quality of drawn and written output at all times
    managing and fostering strong, productive relationships with clients, consultants and contractor teams

What we’re looking for:

  • be well organised
  • be an excellent collaborator
  • be a strong and engaged team player
    have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • have a good direct working knowledge of all RIBA work stages
  • have a keen interest in high levels of design and detail
  • be proficient in MS Office, InDesign and Photoshop (Vectorworks is a plus!)
    Salary and approach to pay:

MorenoMasey uses a transparent pay formula to ensure fair, market-level compensation with no gaps based on gender, ethnicity or background. This role pays the RIBA median London rate based on the position and level of experience the candidate will bring, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
