Rebecca Hartley Interiors is an award-winning London-based interior design studio specialising in senior living and healthcare environments. We design elegant, functional spaces that enhance wellbeing, dignity, and quality of life.

We are seeking a mid-weight interior designer to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role within a small, collaborative studio, offering exposure to all stages of the design process — from concept through to technical delivery and site involvement.

Key responsibilities:

  • develop design concepts and FF&E schemes in line with project briefs

  • take ownership of smaller work packages and support senior designers on larger schemes

About you:

  • three to five years’ post-degree experience in interior design
  • proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • confident working across all design stages, including technical delivery
  • strong experience producing detailed drawing packages and FF&E schedules

  • organised, proactive, and a strong communicator who thrives in a team environment
  • experience in healthcare or dementia design is not essential, but an interest in this sector is welcomed

Based in SW18, Rebecca Hartley Interiors is a small, friendly, and ambitious studio. You’ll work closely with the Director, gaining valuable insight into both design delivery and studio operations, with the opportunity to grow quickly and make a meaningful impact.
