About
Remi C.T. Studio is currently seeking a driven, highly organised Part 2 architectural assistant to join our London team on a full-time basis. You will be part of a growing creative studio, contributing to the design development and delivery of projects across residential, commercial and mixed-use sectors.
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about architecture, sustainability and innovation, and who can support the creation of thoughtful, well-resolved design solutions from concept through to technical stages. Due to an increasing workload across both London and international projects, we welcome applications from candidates who are enthusiastic, proactive and eager to grow within a design-led practice. Applicants must be based in or around London, have easy access to Stratford, and be eligible to work in the UK. We welcome and encourage applications from candidates who are under-represented in the creative industries.
Responsibilities:
- support project delivery across multiple live projects
- produce high-quality drawing packages in AutoCAD
- develop 3D models and presentation visuals
- assist with concept design, planning submissions and technical packages
- coordinate with external consultants
- attend meetings and assist with project administration
- support material research and sustainability integration
Requirements:
- RIBA Part 2 qualification (or international equivalent)
- one to two years’ experience in practice preferred
- strong AutoCAD proficiency (essential)
- experience with SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- astrong understanding of the structure and requirements of the RIBA Work Stages, together with practical experience navigating the UK planning process
- strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- right to work in the UK
