Park + Associates is looking for a senior design architect to join its studio in Singapore or Bangkok.
About us
We are a design-led architecture studio based in Singapore, with an office in Bangkok, working across residential, hospitality and mixed-use projects in the region. Our work explores clarity in space, light and proportion, with an emphasis on thoughtful detailing and carefully considered living environments.
Role
The role requires a strong designer capable of leading projects from early concept through design development. The successful candidate will work closely with studio leadership to shape design direction while guiding younger team members.
Responsibilities:
- lead concept design and design development for projects across various scales
- develop architectural strategies, spatial concepts and design narratives
- produce and oversee design drawings, models and presentation materials
- coordinate with consultants and project teams to ensure design intent is maintained
- present design proposals to clients and stakeholders
- mentor and guide junior designers within the team
Requirements:
- minimum five years’ professional experience post–RIBA Part 2 (or equivalent)
- strong portfolio demonstrating design leadership and built work
- excellent conceptual thinking and spatial design ability
- proficiency in rhino, AutoCAD, adobe creative suite and 3D modelling tools
- experience coordinating multidisciplinary consultants
- strong communication and presentation skills
- ability to lead design discussions and manage small project teams
