Rosan Bosch Studio is hiring a business development manager for its team, based in Madrid or Copenhagen.

At Rosan Bosch Studio, we work globally with the design and architecture of innovative learning environments. Our approach is multidisciplinary and our mission is to empower and motivate learners through playful, imaginative and flexible learning spaces.
We currently work on projects worldwide, including Argentina, Armenia, Belgium, Denmark, Ethiopia, Mexico, Norway, Peru, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan and Uruguay.
We are looking for a curious, proactive and creative profile with a strong passion for what design and architecture can contribute to learning and society. You will work closely with Rosan Bosch and the management team from either our Madrid or Copenhagen office.
Your responsibilities:
- plan, prepare and submit proposals for new projects
- prepare and participate in pitches and presentations
- build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients and partners
- identify and develop new business opportunities
- prepare fee proposals, project scopes and timelines and assist with contract negotiations
- brief and coordinate design teams on incoming projects
Your profile:
- bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture
- two to four years’ experience in a similar role
- previous experience working in an architectural firm
- strong creative and detail-oriented writing skills
- genuine interest in learning and education from both a design and societal perspective
- knowledge of procurement processes in both public and private sectors
- fluent in written and spoken English
- additional language skills are a plus, but not required
- proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
- excellent communication and collaboration skills
- independent, organised and structured in your work approach
- curious, adaptable and proactive
- valid work permit in either Spain or Denmark
- availability to travel when needed
