WWA Studios is seeking an experienced Part 3 architect/architectural technician to join its team in its London or Oxfordshire office.

What are we looking for?
- minimum three years’ experience on RIBA stages 3-4 delivery for large- scale mixed use specialist residential, education, and commercial schemes
- advanced knowledge of Revit and excellent technical skill
- minimum three years’ experience in preparation of detailed technical drawings, schedules, and specification packages for tender and construction.
- a good knowledge of Building Regulations
- excellent communication skills
- able to work both on own initiative and through team collaboration
- Right to Work in the UK

We have two offices and are open to the position being taken up at either our well-connected office in Hampton, West London (moving to Kingston-upon-Thames in November) or our pleasant riverside office in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. Does one other of these locations suit you? – yes/can make it work/no
Our projects are across the South and London, up to the Midlands. This means there will likely be occasional travel involved in your role. Are you happy to travel to a variety of locations? – yes/no
