Part 2 architectural assistant
at Medical Architecture
Medical Architecture is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its London studio.
Founded in 1991, Medical Architecture has a unique focus on the health sector. The practice is based in the UK with offices in London and Newcastle upon Tyne, but work locally and globally, with projects in the UK, Australasia, North America and Europe.
You will have a great opportunity to be involved in a series of healthcare projects from start to completion. In the role, you will meet with varied client stakeholders and maintain a focused approach to design development. Please note that experience in healthcare design is not essential.
You will need to demonstrate:
- a strong design background
- motivation, enthusiasm and ambition
- good communication skills
- good technical ability, including an ability to use Autodesk Revit, an understanding and experience of UK-based specification, planning, Building Regulations and construction details
