Tee Vee Eff is seeking an interior designer/interior architect to join its team in Dubai, UAE.

About TEE VEE EFF

Tee Vee Eff is an architecture and interior design atelier delivering full-scope interior architecture, FF&E design and procurement/coordination services across residential, hospitality and F&B projects (including café concepts, showrooms and mixed-use developments).

Role summary

The interior designer will support the design team across all project stages, from concept development through detailed design, FF&E specification, procurement coordination and site delivery, ensuring designs are on-brand, buildable and aligned with client budgets and timelines.

Key responsibilities:

• develop concept, schematic and detailed design packages (layouts, mood boards, 3D renders, material and finish schedules)
• prepare FF&E specifications, sourcing loose furniture, fixtures, sanitaryware, tiles and custom joinery from local and international suppliers
• liaise with suppliers (e.g., sanitaryware, tile and furniture brands) on product compatibility, lead times, freight options and quotations
• coordinate with contractors and fit-out teams to ensure design intent is carried through construction
• prepare and track project documentation: drawings, specification schedules, tender packages and design reports
• support client presentations and design sign-off meetings
• assist in managing supplier and consultant relationships, including negotiating consultation/discount arrangements where relevant
• conduct site visits to monitor design compliance and resolve on-site coordination issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or related field
• three to five years of experience in interior design, ideally within residential, hospitality or F&B fit-out projects
• proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/3D rendering software and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with 3ds Max is a plus
• strong understanding of materials, finishes and FF&E sourcing (regional and international suppliers)
• excellent coordination and communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors and suppliers
• detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills
• based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
